Generations of Christians—and humans in general—have embraced ambitions to attain wealth, power, and influence. The means chosen may vary by culture and time, but every community including churches have been shaped by these desires. We establish our platform to gain greater dominance and prominence. We promote our accomplishments with a healthy dose of exaggeration.  We begin to believe our own marketing campaigns and use others to fulfill our own ambitions.
